The Rincon Water District has an employee on call 24 hours, every day. If you have an emergency please call the District office and your call will be forwarded to a responder.
Customer Service - Service, billing and customer information.
Administration – Public information requests or any requests related to the Board of Directors.
Engineering - Water availability for a property, planning information, or status of District construction projects.
Water Quality – Water quality information or to report smell and taste problems.
Water Efficiency – Water awareness and school programs, water audits, District rebate programs or drought tolerant and xeriscape plants.
Water Operations - Field operations; report non-urgent water leaks or non-emergency conditions (water waste report).
Human Resources- Current employment opportunities.
