 In response to the boil order issued by the City of Escondido on July 1, 2009, Rincon's General Manager, Mitch Dion stated, "Rincon customers are not effected by the Boil Order.  Our test results from yesterday's routine sampling indicate that the City's water quality concerns are specific to the City's facility and do not involve or compromise Rincon's water in any way. For our customers' assurance, we have taken  additional samples today, and as always, will continue to closely monitor our water quality."
