Monthly Billing Coming to Rincon del Diablo January 1^st

In response to customer comments, the District has adopted monthly billing, effective January 1^st.  Customers normally receiving a JAN bill for NOV/DEC usage will get a bill for a two-month cycle in January.  Customers normally receiving a DEC/JAN bill in FEB will get a December bill in January and remain on a monthly schedule thereafter.

Please be aware the usage tiers in the rate structure will be changed to reflect monthly allocations of water.  Regrettably, water is not getting less expensive.  Our goal is to help you avoid larger bills and to increase your awareness on your water usage.
