Schedule of Capital Facility Fees & Service Charges
1. All parcels 1/2 acre or larger require a minimum of a 1" meter.
2. The District has the right to determine the size of all meters.
3. Any parcel with an existing meter requesting additional capacity will pay a Capital Facilities Fee based on the cost of the requested meter(s) minus the Capital Facilities Fee or the existing meter.
