Construction meter applications are available at our District office.  You will need to submit the completed form and the required minimum deposit of $2,250 before the meter-set can be scheduled.  Rincon needs a twenty-four hour notice to install, relocate, move, or pull the meter.

Capital facility fees apply to any parcel without a meter requesting new service and any parcel with an existing meter requesting added capacity. Click here to review.

Development letters, improvement plan checks, and new construction projects reviews are available through the  Engineering Department.
