Our Mission: To deliver quality water to meet present and future needs in an environmentally and economically responsible manner, maintain infrastructure integrity, foster conservation, and maintain excellence in service as stewards of a natural resource for the public trust.

We invite you to explore our site for water conservation information and District services. We are dedicated to serving reliable and high quality water within our service area in the Greater Escondido Valley. Excellence in customer service and satisfaction is very important to us.

Our primary responsibility is to provide our customers with safe and reliable water. Protecting public health is our top priority. We have always maintained a high level of security and testing and continuously monitor our distribution system. However, given new realities, we are taking extra precautions to secure and protect our water supply and quality. Additionally, we are working closely with other local, state, and federal officials regarding security actions.
