The Rincon Water District has an employee on call 24 hours, every day. If you have an emergency please call the District office and your call will be forwarded to a responder.
The following email addresses are provided to facilitate communication with District customers. Please use these email addresses for the following items. Sales solicitation to these addresses will be ignored so that we can better serve the general public and our customers.
Customer Service - Questions or issues related to water service, billing and general customer information
Administration – Requests to have items added to the board agenda, distribute information to the Board of Directors or submit a public records request.
Engineering - Information related to water availability for a property, planning information, or status of District construction projects.
Water Quality – Questions or issues related to smell and taste problems or other water quality information.
Water Conservation – Information on water awareness and school programs, water audits, District rebate programs or drought tolerant and Xeriscape plants.
Water Operations - Information or questions regarding our field operations. To report non-urgent water leaks or non-emergency conditions such as a water waste report.
Human Resources - Information on current employment opportunities.
