Ways to Pay Your Water Bill
You Can Now Pay Your Bill Online
You can now pay your bill online using a credit or debit card or by electronic check simply by clicking on the link below.
The Rincon Water District currently offers the following ways for customers to pay their water bills.
Pay Your Bill By Phone – Customers can pay their water bills over the phone by simply calling the District office at (760) 745-5522 and providing the District representative with their credit or debit card information (currently only Visa and Mastercard are accepted).
Pay Your Bill with Automatic Payment Options – Customers can enroll in the District’s automatic pay program where each month a customer’s bill amount is automatically deducted from their checking/savings account or charged to their credit/debit card. To enroll simply fill out the enrollment form, sign and return it to the District by either method below.

Pay Your Bill in Person – Of course customers are always welcome to stop by the District office, located at 1920 N. Iris Lane Escondido CA 92026, to pay their bill in person with check, money order, credit/debit card or cash.
Pay Your Bill by Mail – Naturally we accept your payment by mail, simply enclose your bill remittance stub and check in the envelope provided and mail. Don’t have your stub? Not a problem, just remember to write your account number (located at the top left corner of your bill) on your check so that we may properly credit your account.
