This Capital Improvement Project, located just south of Escondido Creek, will replace approximately 3,500 feet of aging 6-inch pipeline (see link below for a site map depicting the project area). This project is currently being advertised for bid along with the Citracado Recycled Water Pipeline and Citracado Transmission Main Extension. The link below provides details on the bidding schedule.

It is the District's goal to expand the recycled water distribution system and allow this resource to reach new consumers and achieve additional potable water demand reductions. This Capital Improvement Project consists of approximately 5,000 feet of pipeline in Citracado Parkway (south of Escondido Creek) and West Valley Parkway (see link below for a site map depicting the project area). This project is currently being advertised for bid along with the Citracado Transmission Main Extension and Avenida del Diablo Pipeline Replacement.
