Classroom Presentations

This contest is open to fourth grade students living in and/or attending  school within Rincon's sphere of influence.  Each year, students are asked to draw a picture, appropriate to a specific theme, chosen to promote water awareness.  This year's theme, "Water is Life" encourages students to draw pictures about the importance of water for living things and ways we can conserve this precious resource.

Sorry!  The deadline for this contest was March 31, 2010.

Three winners will be selected, based on creativity, color, and relevancy.  Winning artists will receive a prize and their artwork will be featured in our 2011 calendar with 33 other students representing 11 north San Diego County water agencies.
