Our Retail Water Service Rules and Regulations is a detailed description of the District's parameters for providing service to our customers as well as our customers' obligations in order to receive service.  Our new customers are required to sign an initial application for water service, and upon doing so, have agreed to abide by the Retail Water Service Rules and Regulations.
